Session times: 9.00 am-3.00 pm (children are enrolled in two sessions per week)

Tuesday and Thursday
All Sessional Kindergarten families are charged the term fee, families enrolled in extended hours care are charged the extended hours care fee fortnightly in addition to the term fee.

Combined session time: 7.30 am-9.00 am and 3.00 pm-6.00 pm
Days extended care hours is offered: Monday, Wednesday and Friday during term

Payment of Fees
- Long day care and Extended hours care – Invoices will be issued fortnightly
- Kindergarten and Pre Kindergarten – Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of each term and must be paid by the end of the first week of each term.
The Levy is a single charge payable at the start of each the year. The Levy is charged on a per family basis (not each child). The annual Levy charge is equal to one day’s long day care fee.
Families with concession cards or are experiencing financial difficulties will not be required to pay this levy.
Long Day care – Parents/guardians are required to pay a two week full fee bond on offer of a place. This payment is retained until the child ceases care at the service. The bond payment will secure the child’s place in the child care centre. The bond is non-refundable.
Kindergarten and Pre Kindergarten – Parents/guardians are required to pay the equivalent of two weeks’ term fee as a deposit on offer of a place. This payment is retained as kindergarten fees and forms part payment of term 1 fees. Payment will secure the child’s place in the kindergarten program. This deposit is non-refundable.
Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy
The Commonwealth Government offers Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy to families who meet the activity test (combined hours of work, training, study, recognised voluntary work or other recognised activity). A CCS receipt will be issued by the centre fortnightly. The Additional Child Care Subsidy provides additional fee assistance to support vulnerable or disadvantaged families and children. Kindergarten Fee Subsidy
The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development provides a kindergarten fee subsidy to a child identified by a parent/guardian as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, a child individually holds, or has a parent/guardian who holds a current Health Care Card/Pensioner Concession Card/Temporary Protection/Humanitarian Visas 447,451,785 or a resolution of status (RoS) visa, Class CD, subclass 851, Asylum seeker Bridging Visa A-F, Refugee and Special Humanitarian Visas holders 200-217, DVA Gold or White card and families with triplets/quadruplets attending a funded kindergarten program in the same year. The subsidy is paid to the funded organisation to directly reduce fees paid by families, making the kindergarten program free or a minimal cost for eligible families.
Concession Card Holders (4 yr old kindergarten)
Concession documentation must be sighted prior to the start of each term by the Director or Assistant Director. Receipt of this subsidy means that eligible families will not be required to make fee payments for the 15 hours of funded kindergarten provided by the centre.
Triplets and Quadruplets (4 yr old kindergarten)
The original or certified birth certificates of the triplets/quadruplets must be sighted prior to the start of the kinder year by the Director or Assistant Director. Families are entitled to the kindergarten fee subsidy for the 15 hours of funded kindergarten provided by the centre.
