Annie Dennis

At Annie Dennis, both in child care and kindergarten, PLAY is our focus. Young children learn through play. By moving and using their senses, they learn about themselves, about others and the world around them. The children are provided with opportunities to engage with others in projects which emerge from their ideas and interests. From this, they can develop a sense of group membership and the uniqueness of self.

The centre provides both three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten sessions. Kindergarten sessions are available both to children in child care at Annie Dennis and children from the wider community.

Kindergarten term dates
In 2007:
Term 1: Tuesday 30 January – Friday 30 March
Term 2: Monday 16 April – Friday 29 June
Term 3: Monday 16 July – Friday 21 September
Term 4: Monday 8 October – Friday 21 December

There are no kindergarten sessions on public holidays.
