The City of Darebin maintains a child care centralised waiting list on behalf of all community-based child care centres in Darebin. The system is designed to provide equitable access to child care for all eligible children/familes within the guidelines set down by the Federal Government
How to apply for a child care place
Application forms are available from:
- All community-based child care centres, kindergartens and Maternal and Child Health Centres in the City of Darebin
- All City of Darebin Customer Service Centres
- The City of Darebin Child Care Centralised Waiting List Office at 8A Newcastle Street, Thornbury. Phone: 8470 8118
